Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Spotted on Geekbench
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE finally made it to the Geekbench listing and shared some interesting details about the device.
Although we don’t see Samsung Galaxy S21 FE coming this year, it’s making it to several certification sites, sharing some details. Recently, this Galaxy smartphone landed on Geekbench where we received some solid details about it.
Samsung hasn’t disclosed the release date for the Galaxy S21 FE, but tipsters suggest the device will come in the first week of January 2022. Earlier reports even suggested this “smartphone will go official on January 4, 2022.” So, it isn’t too far from us.
Coming back to its debut to Geekbench, the S21 FE is a solid device with solid scores. According to the site, the smartphone received scores of 1,096 points for the single-core and 3,387 points for the multi-core. The device carries model number SM-G990E.
Samsung will power the S21 FE with its own Exynos 2100 SoC and will ship with 8GB of RAM. For some time, Samsung has been rolling out its devices in two variants – one carrying its in-house chip, the other carrying a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. So we may say that this device will also come in two variants.
Moreover, we also learned from the listing site that this device will run Android 12 out of the box. It’s perhaps the best thing. Google released the latest Android OS back in October, but we don’t see many devices coming with this OS.
Aside from the chipset, RAM, and OS, we also learned about the device’s processor. The S21 FE will feature an octa-core processor: 4 x 2.21GHz + 3 x 2.81GHz + 1 x 2.91GHz.
