T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy S21 is Getting an Older Software Update
T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy S21 is getting a software update that comes with a much older security patch.
Samsung is rolling out a software update to Samsung Galaxy S21 in the USA. This update comes for T-Mobile’s Galaxy S21 users and is not giving them the latest security patch.
Last month, Samsung rolled out the software update for the S21 series – the S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra with the latest software update. But T-Mobile users were left out from that. The company is now focusing on its users and rolling out the software update with September 2021 security patch.
The changelog for this one software update ensures improvement for the overall stability of the device, including the device’s security. Moreover, the changelog suggested several bug fixes, improvements in the device’s stability, new/enhanced features, and more.
If you live in the US and owns T-Mobile’s Galaxy S21, this software is definitely for you. To download the software update on your Samsung Galaxy S21, go to your device’s Settings > Software update, and download and install. It will take a while to do all that the software update was intended for.
Samsung released the Galaxy S21 earlier this year with a 6.2 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G, Android 11, One UI 3.1, and a 4000 mAh battery. The device had a price tag of $ 473.00 / € 704.97 / £ 559.90 / ₹ 59,540.
