Samsung is rolling out its April 2021 security patch to the Galaxy Tab Active 2. The early ones to receive this update included the Galaxy A20, Galaxy A30, Galaxy A70, and the Galaxy A8 (2018).
The new update for the Galaxy Tab Active 2 comes with firmware version T395XXSCCUD1 and has been released in Austria, the Baltic region, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Southeast Europe. This update fixes several security vulnerabilities and fixes 21 issues from Samsung and 30 fixes from Google.
If you own a Galaxy Tab Active 2 and live in any of the countries mentioned above, you can manually check for the update by heading to Settings > Software update, > Download and install on your device. The rest of the countries would soon get this update over the next few days.
