Samsung has officially launched the new Galaxy A12 Nacho to the European market today. Although it follows the design style of the original Galaxy A12, it is still equipped with a different chipset. It is reported that the machine uses a 6.5-inch @ HD+ 1600×720 resolution LCD notch (Infinity-V). The aspect ratio is 20:9, and the refresh rate is 60Hz.
In terms of chipset, Galaxy A12 Nacho has been upgraded from MediaTek Helio P35 to Exynos 850 SoC, supplemented by a 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM storage combination (supports 1TB microSD expansion). In terms of specifications, the device is still an entry-level smartphone with upgraded SoC that improves the device’s performance effectively.
The screen’s Infinity-V bangs house an 8MP front selfie camera, and the rear is a rectangular 48MP main camera + 5MP ultra wide-angle + 2MP macro + 2MP depth sensor four-camera combination.
In terms of software, the machine is pre-installed with OneUI 3.1 customized based on Android 11. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh, supports 15W charging, and is available in four colors: white, black, red, and blue.
Currently, the 32GB/64GB versions of Galaxy A12 Nacho models are priced at $163/$190 in the Russian market.
