Samsung Might Soon Release the New Mid-range Smartphone with the Title Galaxy M22

Samsung is working on another mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy M22. This smartphone is expected to resemble the recently launched Galaxy A22. The device recently premiered on Bluetooth SIG and has the model number SM-M225FV_DS.

After listing on the Bluetooth SIG’s database, we learned that this device would feature Bluetooth 5.0 with LE (Low Energy) and EDR (Enhanced Data Rate. The device would also feature LTE connectivity and a dual-SIM card slot.

According to a source, Samsung first started testing the Galaxy M22 in September 2020. This Galaxy smartphone is likely to feature a MediaTek Helio G80 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. We also heard that this device would have a 13MP selfie camera and a 48MP quad-camera setup at the rear. Similar to the Galaxy A22, we expect a video recording capability of 1080p on this upcoming smartphone.

This new Galaxy device is also expected to run Android 11 out of the box.

On its display side, we believe that this smartphone could come with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.

Other notable features on the Galaxy M22 could include LTE, GPS, WI-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The whole package is likely to get powered by a massive 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.
