Samsung has just extended its One UI 4.0 beta program and is rolling it out to the Galaxy S10 series. Users of the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus, and Galaxy S10e can participate in the beta program and try out the early version of Android 12. Although the program is limited to only South Korean users, we do hope others will get it soon.
Samsung started the One UI 4.0 beta program last month for the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Note 20, while the Galaxy S21 owners are already enjoying the One UI 4.0 and Android 12.
For the Galaxy S10, it might take some time to get the stable version, which the company hasn’t disclosed yet. Reports, on the other hand, believe that the lineup will get the stable version no sooner than 2022.
Anyone can guess that this update will be better than the previous UIs, and will bring new features and visual changes. However, the key thing to note about the One UI 4.0 is the redesigned Quick Settings panel, improved dark mode, additional charging effects, redesigned home screen widgets, improved multitasking experience, and more.
