Samsung To Launch Galaxy S20 Lite At The Beginning Of 2021
A Cheaper version of Samsung Galaxy S20 is underway, the new device is expected to come in early 2021, as Samsung is planning to launch Galaxy S20 Lite. This suggests that Samsung, like the current high-end smartphones in the S20 series, is once again using a two-pronged strategy for the hardware base. While the devices come here with the Samsung Exynos 990, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 is used exclusively in the USA. The same could be true for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 “Lite”.
Samsung speaks internally of the “S20 Fan Edition”
Internally, Samsung calls the new smartphone expected in early 2021 also “Galaxy S20 Fan Edition”, although it is unclear whether this name should also be retained for the official launch for marketing purposes. It would still be conceivable that Samsung would prefer to speak of a “Fan Edition” instead of the term “Lite”. The device may not launch in Pakistan soon, because Mobile Price Pakistan has only S20 listed.
