Samsung will display four Inside and eight Outside C-Lab startups at CES 2023

Samsung has something amazing for its audiences at CES 2023. According to the official news by the tech giant, various projects from C-lab inside as well as outside will be displayed. Reportedly, these amazing projects are established by its C-Lab startups. Among these innovative projects, four are based on C-Lab inside (in-house venture program) while eight projects will be presented by the C-Lab Outside (startup acceleration program).

The projects will be displayed at Eureka Park in Las Vegas, USA. Visitors can visit from January 5 to 8. The tech giant Samsung believes that its projects will grab the attention of the global audience. Thus, helping it to secure deals with prospective investors at CES 2023.

The recent projects and ideas by C-Lab startups are assessed on three basic parameters. They are evaluated for their marketability, completeness, and innovation. The Inside startups of C-Lab to be displayed at CES 2023 include the following:

  • Porkamix (metaverse interactive concert experience)
  • Falette (3D digital transformation for home fabric products)
  • Meta-Running (metaverse learning platform)
  • Soom (meditation experience with real-time feedback)

On the other hand, the outside startups of C-Lab are based on Artificial intelligence, robots, and more. Samsung contributed to the Outside C-Lab projects by providing its support for workspace, marketing, financial consultation, and mentoring from experts. Organizations like Daegu Center and the Gyeong-Buk Center incubated the C-Lab Outside startups. C-Lab outside projects to be displayed at CES 2023 include the following:

  • Plask (AI and browser-based motion capture and animation editing tool)
  • Erangtek (IoT micro repeater to improve call quality)
  • 40FY (digital mental health care app service)
  • Catius (conversational AI companion for children)
  • NdotLight (web-based 3D design solution)
  • Wrn Technologies (Generative AI-based writing and content creation service)
  • NEUBILITY (robotic delivery service)
  • CELLICO (micro-bionic eye for patients with retinal disease)

We have already witnessed how successful these C-Lab startups are. In November 2022, 22 Innovation awards were handed over to C-Lab startups by CTA (Consumer Technology Association). It is worth noting that seven more awards are already in line for C-Lab startups for 2023 by CTA.
