The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor was introduced a few months back. However, the version used in Samsung’s Galaxy S23 is a higher-clocked version. - the Prime CPU core is clocked at 3.36GHz (0.16GHz higher than the vanilla chip)
- the Adreno 740 GPU is clocked at 719MHz (39MHz higher)
