Super Evil Megacorp’s Vainglory is coming out on Mobile

In spite of the fact that it’s unmistakably basic to see PC games ported to mobile (Hearthstone, The Talos Principle, This War of Mine), that recipe is sometimes turned around. Super Evil Megacorp’s Vainglory is a valid example – the high dream MOBA is coming to both Mac and PC.

On PC, Dota 2 and League of Legends have since a long time ago settled reign over the MOBA domain.

But instead than instantly set up Vainglory as an immediate contender, Super Evil Megacorp discharged the title in the less-crowded mobile space – an apparently more secure choice, which likewise let them exploit Apple’s A8 chip and the intrinsic mobility of touch screen gadgets.

Obviously, it wouldn’t have been long until rival games like mobile just Arena of Valor – which brags a 200 million in number player base in China – needed to extend their audience of people in the US.

Albeit Super Evil Megacorp constantly needed Vainglory to convey “a full, uncompromising MOBA experience to the touch-screen generation”, the designer says its custom game engine – the consequence of more than 10 long stretches of hard work – is assisting with the cross-stage progress.

Super Evil Megacorp posted the following message to explain the test.

“Please note that we still have a lot of work to do – proper text input support, preference settings… custom key bindings, bug fixes, and control input tuning are all in progress. But we’re excited to get started. We want you to be part of this journey and would love your help in making Vainglory for Windows… every bit as good as it is on mobile…

Give it a try, get your Windows… friends to give it a try and tell us what you think! We’ll be releasing frequent updates in the coming weeks and months. As we said before, this is still a very early alpha and we know there will be issues.”

Anybody that is keen about plunging into Vainglory can test the Windows or Mac form at this moment. Super Evil Megacorp says it hasn’t yielded Vainglory’s strategic depth, technique or graphical loyalty, yet expect the standard parcel of alpha form blemishes – bugs, potential UI issues and key restricting abnormality.
