Surface Buds Plagued by Battery Failures, Say Users

Anyone who has bought the Surface Buds, alternative to Apple’s Airpods and various other wireless headphones, must prepare for the devices simply give up the mind over time. Users report in rows.
Surface buds must be loaded regularly
It is absolutely not unusual that batteries give up at some point. This is also obviously the case with the Surface Buds from Microsoft, because loud Windows Central, numerous customers now report defects. If you don’t hang the headphones regularly on a power supply, you can mentally prepare for a full or partial failure. The author of the report of the US portal claims to be affected. As it should be for a Microsoft enthusiast, he has bought three pairs of Surface buds over the years. While two of the three couples can no longer be loaded, only one of the two “earplugs” works in pair number three.
If you look around online for problems with the Surface Buds, you will also find it quickly. The wireless headphones that came to the Martk for the first time five years ago are probably causing problems with a remarkably high number of customers. Either the headphones no longer show signs of life for the affected buyers or it only flashes a red LED, which apparently indicates an error when charging.
Finger away from new Surface Buds
If you use the Surface buds daily or at least frequently, you can assume that there is no battery defect. However, if you leave the in-ear headphones in the drawer for months or maybe even years, you can seem to be almost firmly reckoning with a failure. Meanwhile, the problem even seems to appear with freshly packed Surface buds. Our Windows Central colleague even undertook the experiment a few Surface Buds on Ebay, which was offered there as new. Hardly received, he started to put the new headphones into operation, freely freed them from their packaging, only to then determine that this apparently long -mounted couple simply no longer work.
The Surface Buds were never a big hit, but could have a sufficiently appealing sound with a retail recommended of 220 euros. They never got a successor, as Microsoft hired the sales of his in-ear headphones a long time ago. A planned new edition was probably just given up at some point due to the lack of success of the first generation.
