The Apple Vision Pro AR headset will possibly launch in February 2024

In June 2023, during the WWDC 2023 event, Apple unveiled the much-anticipated AR headset, the Vision Pro. As the name suggests, the product will offer a new and unique experience that will be a mixture of the digital and physical worlds. Until now, there have been no precise details on when the headset will arrive on the market; however, some rumors suggest that the release might have been postponed. As of now, there is a new report that suggests that the headset might arrive sooner than anticipated.

According to the details, the company could unveil the Vision Pro headset by February 2024. Apple is working quickly to ship out the Vision Pro headset to consumers According to Bloomberg’s report, the company is putting in all its efforts to release the Vision Pro AR headset in February 2024. It is said that the business will not hold another launch event for the device, a decision that is reasonable given that the item won’t attract many users at this time given its $3,499 pricing.

The headset is powered by the VisionOS platform. Reportedly, the company will launch a new software version for the VisionOS at some point in 2024. The new version could arrive with software updates for Mac and iPhone. Since the last few weeks, the production of the Vision Pro has been in full swing in China. The company will perhaps ensure that the retail units are ready by the first month of next year.

Before the official launch of the device, there is a lot of work to be done by the company. Reportedly, the company will train some employees from each Apple Store on how to use the Vision Pro headset. The training session is expected to be organized at the company’s headquarters in California by mid-January. The selected staff members will be trained on how to use, present, and sell the product. These employees will, in turn, train other members of the store.
