The new software update on Samsung Galaxy S20 improves camera performance

Samsung is launching a new software update for the Galaxy S20 to offer a huge improvement in camera performance.

Earlier, the company rolled out a security patch for the Galaxy S20 series. And now it will be releasing software to boost camera performance.

According to sources, the Galaxy S20Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra currently receive a new update in Germany. The latest update carries firmware version G98xxXXU7DUC7 and is around 500MB in size.

The company has highlighted in the changelog that the software update improves camera performance. However, no other features have yet been found after installing the update. And it’s predicted that the new software will improve the image processing, stability, and performance of the camera.

For users in Germany using Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, or Galaxy S20 Ultra, the software could be updated by navigating to Settings » Software update and then tapping on Download and install.
