The next foldable smartphone by Motorola Razr might beat the Galaxy Z Flip 5

The competition is growing in the foldable market segment. Several companies are trying hard to lead the competition. Just a few days back, OPPO introduced the Find N2 on a global scale. On the other hand, Samsung is all set to introduce the Galaxy Z Flip series with some major upgrades. However, for a long nothing much has been heard North American market. But now things seem to be changed. Since a leaked piece of information suggests that Motorola Razr 2023 will be introduced soon.

Evan Blass shared a tweet in which he mentioned that the company is likely going to introduce the smartphone on June 1. The device is given Juno as the codename. Besides this, no information about the actual release date for the hardware was shared. On the other hand, Samsung is set to introduce the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 in August.

Besides the timeline, the two devices are rumored to share a lot of aspects. Some rumors indicate that both devices will utilize large cover displays. Furthermore, some sources claim that both devices will utilize display cutouts on this external screen to house the main cameras. Furthermore, Samsung is anticipated to introduce the foldable with a teardrop-style hinge. Well, Motorola has already introduced the foldable with a teardrop-style hinge.

As of now, it is unknown when the smartphone hits the US market. Since, in 2022, the company introduced the smartphone only in the Chinese market before introducing it into the European market.
