The price of Apple’s 15-inch MacBook Air M2 drops back to $999

MacBook Air M2 is already the most reasonably priced laptop from the firm with a screen of this size (15-inch). The 256GB model is currently available on Amazon for just $999, which is once again the lowest price we’ve seen. Additionally, the 512GB model, which is likewise an all-time low price of $1,199 ($300 off in Midnight), is available if you require additional capacity.

As Nathan Ingraham of Engadget found out when reviewing the device, the 15-inch MacBook Air is more than simply a bigger version of the 13-inch predecessor. He noted that the huge screen and strong processor made it good enough that he could picture using it as his only computer, even though it’s still as light and thin as you’d expect.

This is mostly because of the excellent price to performance ratio of the 15-inch Air, which is made possible by Apple’s M2 chipset. In addition, it has a comfortable keyboard and touchpad and battery life that, during our testing, surpassed the company’s 18-hour movie playback specification. While the larger screen boasts a resolution of 2,880 x 1,864, its pixel count of 224 is identical to that of the 13-inch model. With a refresh rate of 60 Hz and 500 nits of brightness, the Liquid Retina panel is still brighter than the MacBook Pros’ tiny LED displays but lacks their punch.

The most recent model in the lineup is the 15-inch Air model, even though Apple’s M2 processor has been out for a year. If creating material is your primary goal, a MacBook Pro would be a better option. However, if you use it for a variety of tasks, such as productivity and video editing, the 15-inch Air is a fantastic option, especially for travelers who like to travel light. It’s advisable to move quickly if you want to get your hands on either the 256GB or 512GB variants, though, as supplies tend to run out quickly.
