The Reno 11 series by OPPO is now official
The OPPO Reno 11 series is the latest flagship series debuted by OPPO. The company has introduced the new smartphone series alongside a new tablet. The OPPO Pad Air 2 comes with several unique attributes. The camera module edges of the Reno 11 series include elaborate nail designs that complement the series’ unified design language, which draws inspiration from gemstones. In this short piece, we will uncover the features of the Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro.
Features of OPPO Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro
From a design perspective, the two smartphones share a common design. The design is a clear indication of gemstone aesthetics. The Pro version is differentiated from the standard version with a unique glacier pattern on top of the camera setup. The physical dimensions of the OPPO Reno 11 indicate that the smartphone weighs 184g and is a slender 7.59mm. The Moonlight Gemstone variant is 7.6mm. On the other hand, the Pro version is thicker, weighs 190g, and has 8.26mm dimensions. The Obsidian Black variant of the Pro model comes with 8.19mm physical dimensions.
OPPO Reno 11 comes in three different colors, i.e., Fluorite Green, Moonlight Gemstone, and Obsidian Black. However, the Pro variant is offered in Turquoise Green, Moonlight Gemstone, and Obsidian Black colors. The standard model features a curved OLED screen that measures 6.7 inches. It offers 950 nits of peak brightness, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a 2412 × 1080p resolution. A 6.74-inch OLED curved screen can be found on the OPPO Reno 11 Pro, which comes with a Pro XDR display, 1,600 nits of peak brightness, and a 2772 × 1240p resolution.
MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 with LPDDR5X RAM can be found on the standard model, whereas the Pro model comes with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 but the same RAM as the standard version. Both smartphones feature UFS 3.1 storage. Coming to the camera setup, the standard model features a 32MP (Sony IM709) selfie camera. On the back, the Reno 11 features a 50MP main camera (Sony LYT-600) accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera (Sony IMX355) and a 32MP telephoto camera (Sony IMX 709). The same front camera can be found on the Pro model. On the rear, the Pro model carries a 50MP primary camera with Sony IMX890 and OIS support. The ultrawide and telephoto units are the same as the standard version.
Reno 11 comes with a 4,800mAh battery that provides 67W fast charging support. On the other hand, the Pro variant comes with a 4,700mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. Other connectivity features of the smartphones include infrared remote control, NFC, and ColorOS 14. The Pro model includes stereo dual speakers and an X-axis linear motor. Three different configurations of the Reno 11 are offered: 8GB + 256GB for 2,499 yuan, 12GB + 256GB for 2,799 yuan, and 12GB + 512GB for 2,999 yuan. Whereas there are two configurations available for the Reno 11 Pro: 12GB + 256GB for 3,499 yuan and 12GB + 512GB for 3,799 yuan.
