TikTok, a popular mobile phone video sharing application, has deleted 14 million videos from the platform for violating guidelines. A statement issued by the TikTok spokesman on Tuesday stated that 14 million of the videos shared on the platform around the world were substandard or ignored policy.
According to the statement, all videos made in violation of the guidelines have been removed. The TikTok Transparency Report states that 96.4% of videos were deleted before users reported them, while 90.3% of videos were reported and removed after users viewed them.

TikTok also deleted suicidal, immoral, and nasty videos. The U.S. officials believe that user data on TikTok is not secure, with more than 1 billion Americans using the app, whose data is held by a Chinese political party.
