Apple CEO

According to some recent pieces of information, Apple products are set to receive AI features later this year. The following information was unveiled by Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook, during the quarterly earnings call. Well, this piece of information is in line with Mark Gurman’s report. Recently, Gurman stated in his report that the future iOS 18 update might be the most significant update in OS history.

“As we look into the future, we will continue to make investments in these and other technologies that will define the future,” Tim Cook said, highlighting Apple’s efforts in the field of artificial intelligence. This includes artificial intelligence, to which we are still devoting a great deal of time and energy. Later this year, we want to share more about our ongoing research in this area.

Besides Apple, AI features are being used by Google and Samsung. Its now Apple’s turn to join the AI bandwagon. As of now, the information has been officially confirmed by Tim Cook. According to rumors, the company might debut a revamped version of Siri dubbed “Siri 2.0,” with generative AI features. Furthermore, the company might incorporate AI features into Apple Music. AI features can help users with playlist recommendations and smarter replies in Messages.

In addition to this, the company will incorporate AI features across its software platforms, like iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. Cook did not specifically reference the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), but the phrase “later this year” raises the possibility of an announcement at Apple’s June annual developer conference. These artificial intelligence functions may be added in later software releases.
