Google has also revealed the top google searches of 2017 and they are as follows:

   5. Meghan Markle
   6. 13 Reasons Why
   7. Tom Petty
   8. Fidget Spinner
   9. Chester Bennington
   10. India national cricket team

Google has also released 2017 Year in a search video. The trending topics of 2017 are revealed in the search video that includes #MeToo movement, the refugee crisis in Myanmar, Hurricane Irma etc.

In the consumer tech category, the third most search gadget by the general public was Nintendo Switch. The gadget’s 10 million units have already been sol.

In other categories, Meghan Markle is most searched as an actor, in most searched people’s list Matt Lauer is right at the top and Tom Petty and Chester Bennington were the most mourned people of 2017.

As per Google most searched question started with how. The most searched meme was “Cash me outside, how bow dah?”

In Pakistan three Indian movies made to the most searched topics in 2017. These movies were Aamir Khan’s starrer Dangal, Mahira Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees and Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor’s Half GirlFriend. Moreover among the most searched people in Pakistan in 2017, Rishi Kapoor was at the fourth spot. The reason for it is his controversial tweets about Pakistan.
