WhatsApp is getting ready to allow users to use the same account on multiple devices
It was rumored earlier but it finally seems that the one of most popular messaging applications WhatsApp is getting ready to unleash the ability to chat on the multiple devices at the same time.
Currently, the Facebook-owned messaging application only allows one device to sign in to an account. So if a user wants to sign in his WhatsApp account on a new smartphone device, the older one would automatically get disconnected.

People were speculating about when WhatsApp will release this vital update but the latest reports from WABetaInfo suggest it could be coming in the next few months.
In a Tweet, WABetaInfo mentioned: “From now on WhatsApp is internally starting some important tests for the multi-device feature.”
The feature to use the messaging application on different devices at the same time is something the users of the Facebook-owned WhatsApp have been wanting for years.
There’s no word on how this update will work but could mean WhatsApp is also finally ready to launch a dedicated iPad app.
According to WABetaInfo, a future version of WhatsApp will give each user a “device list” that, as the name suggests, will show each phone or tablet that has been synced with a particular WhatsApp account.
