The Channels feature will gradually roll out to all users. it is available to users in Singapore and Colombia. It is being introduced in collaboration with a few organizations.
Beta testers don’t have access to WhatsApp Channels
All WhatsApp users will eventually have the ability to create channels. It’s unfortunate that despite the functionality being accessible when you click on the channel links, you can’t use them. WhatsApp is developing an in-app mechanism that will alert you when this new function is accessible to you in order to make the process easier.
