Everything was going good until the company has released the latest 5.0 version of the WordPress on December 6, 2018. After upgrading the WordPress to the latest version, the writers are facing a serious issue. The bug in the latest update is messing up all the content data while creating the new post.
For example; I wrote my post on the MS Word as usual and after completed that, I pasted all the content data into the ‘add new post’ page. When I did so, the website started deleting the ‘space’ between the words in thepost. ‘Latest Post’ became ‘LatestPost’…
First I thought it was my mistake but, when I go through all the content data for the proof reading, I realized that all the content data has messed up and ‘spaces’ between as many as 20 words were deleted. At that time, the only thing I was able to do was to manually correct all the mistakes.
However, the overall new layout of the ‘add new post’ page looks very good.
So, I would recommend you not to update your WordPress version until the issue is resolved. The company should take it serious and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
