Xiaomi CIVI Series Likely To Come On September 27
Xiaomi is likely to bring the CIVI series in China by September 27th.
Xiaomi could be releasing the Xiaomi CIVI series in China on September 27th at 2 PM (local time). The device will be launched at a launch event. We heard Wei Siqi, the product manager of the ‘CC’ series by Xiaomi, could host this launch event.
About its features, we heard that this smartphone series will have two models – a standard variant and a Pro model. The base model – Xiaomi CIVI – is likely to feature a 6.55-inch OLED display with a Full HD+ 1080 × 2400 pixel resolution. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC will power this model, while the SoC will be supported by a combination of either of the three memory configurations:
- 6GB + 128GB
- 8GB + 256GB
- 12GB + 512GB
One leakster even suggested that this model might come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G SoC with similar RAM/ROM configurations.
Camera-wise, we heard that this CIVI based model could have a 64MP rear camera setup and a 20MP front camera.
The whole unit is powered by a 4,150mAh battery with 33W fast charging. The device will run Android 11 out of the box. It will measure 160.53 X 75.72 X 6.81mm and it will weigh around 157 grams.
The Xiaomi CIVI is likely to come in nine color options – Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Cyan, Blue, Purple, Black, and White. The model will also have 5G connectivity support.
There is not much to say about the Pro model – the Xiaomi CIVI Pro. But we heard from a source that this device would certainly have a better SoC – could be the Snapdragon 888.
