Xiaomi Patent Exposed Four Rear Cameras At The Corners

Various lens combinations such as “Yuba module”, “matrix module”, “horizontal module”, etc. Everyone has seen these many times, but you have seen that there are lenses on the four corners of the back of the phone Your phone?

Today, the media LetsGoDigital reported that Xiaomi applied for a design patent to WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office) last month, and the patent document was made public on February 5, 2021.

It is worth noting that the patented device will usually be announced for at least six months or so, and the latest appearance patent of Xiaomi was made public shortly after the application.

According to the patent drawings, the phone adopts a full-screen design, and the front lens does not use a punch-hole and pop-up design, so it is speculated that it may use under-screen camera technology.

In addition, compared to the current flagship model of Xiaomi, the patented Xiaomi mobile phone is relatively thicker. According to LetsGoDigital, the phone may be a mid-range model.

Judging from the display picture, the bottom of the machine is equipped with a USB-C interface and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The volume button and power button are the same as the current mainstream mobile phones, located on the right side of the phone.

The most interesting design of this phone is that the four corners of the back of the phone are integrated with camera modules. Each module has a camera. Since this is only an appearance patent, the detailed parameters of the camera and the location of the flash are still unknown.

It is believed that many users will think of a design patent issued by a domestic mobile phone parts supplier not long ago after seeing it. That’s right, that is the strange mobile phone with 2 cameras and 1 flash at the four corners. However, it is still unclear whether this mobile phone of Xiaomi will be released. After all, the patent only represents one direction, and the actual production still needs to face many problems.
