Xiaomi has been generating immense user demand for the past couple of years; the company has reported earlier today via Weibo post that it sold out Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 within 8 minutes and 36 seconds the first batch of 100,000 devices.
Xiaomi Mi Series, Pocophone and Redmi has been a great success for the company not only in China but also in other parts of the world. Xiaomi is performing quite well in India and Pakistan because of its quality to price ratio.
Xiaomi’s president of new Redmi Brand Lu Weibing posted on Weibo account and said, “Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 sold 100,000 units in just 8 minutes and 36 seconds in its first flash sales.”
The sales were commenced on Mi Store and other online retailers such as TMall, JD.com, the company’s official store sold almost half of the total number. It was reported last year that Xiaomi aimed at selling more than 100 million units in 2018 and the company was quite near achieving the target when it was reported.
The company also aims at selling more than 1 million Redmi Note 7 units by the end of January, which should not be difficult for the company to achieve. The company is also going to launch Redmi Note 7 in other countries quite soon.
