Xiaomi Will Launch Redmi Note 5A Smartphone Today

Xiaomi will launch its smartphone Redmi Note 5A in China today. Not much is known about this new smartphone. Its release was confirmed by the CEO of Xiaomi, and the current leaks have confirmed some of its features.

The color expected of this new smartphone is gold and its price would be 999 Yuan which is around Rs 9,600.

The design expected on basis of its leaked images is of the metal unibody. A single camera along with LED flash at the top and MI brand name at the bottom is expected.  On the right edge of the phone power button and volume buttons would be placed while on the left side sim card tray would be present. At the top edge, there would headphone jack and mic for noise deletion and at the bottom edge micro USB port is developed.

The display of the phone is 5.5-inch HD 720p, powered by 1.4Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC along with RAM 2GB. The storage capacity of the phone will be 16GB and it will run on Android 7.1 Nougat.

The battery power of the phone is 3,080mAh with front camera 5MP and rear camera 13MP.

Also, a rumor suggests that Xiaomi might release a stock of Android phone in India.
