YouTube Premium expands to ten more regions

Most social media and internet services are free. However, tech companies have opted for paid plans as well in order to generate more revenue. The paid plans come with a slew of features that are a must to grab the attention of audiences. The premium plans are available across different services ranging from streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+ to social media platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram.

YouTube Premium and YouTube Music Premium are available in several regions across the world. The tech giant Google initially launched YouTube Premium and YouTube Music Premium in two countries, i.e., Australia and New Zealand. As of now, the service is available in around 100 countries across the globe.

According to some recent pieces of information shared by 9To5Google, the tech giant Google has now debuted the paid service in ten more countries. Reportedly, YouTube Premium and YouTube Music Premium are now available in Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Georgia, Ghana, Algeria, Cambodia, Laos, Tunisia, and Senegal. Thus, a total of 110 countries can now use the two premium subscription services.

In order to enjoy YouTube without ads, users can subscribe to YouTube Premium. Well, ad-free is not the only feature available with the Premium plan; rather, there are several other features, including offline watching and background play. In addition to this, YouTube Music Premium—a membership that lets you stream music on YouTube Music ad-free—comes packaged with it. In the US, the subscription plan is available for $13.99 per month. On the other hand, a subscription to YouTube Music Premium is priced at $10.99 per month.
