Zong Officially Tests 5G in Pakistan

As predicted earlier by RS-NEWS that Zong Might Become the First Company to launch 5G in Pakistan, now Zong officially tests 5G in Pakistan.

Zong has announced that the company has successfully tested 5G in Pakistan, Zong official Twitter account has posted a poster in which the company has not given the details about the tests, however, it claims that the company has successfully tested 5G network in Pakistan.

If the tests are completed and successful then Zong would be the first company to launch 5G services in Pakistan, RS-NEWS has earlier predicted that Zong might be the first company to launch its 5G services in Pakistan based on technical analysis and the facts that 5G services are proactively pursued by Chinese companies especially Huawei, and Zong was the first Chinese firm to launch 4G services in Pakistan. Zong is currently the most popular 4G service provider in Pakistan, its subscribers reached 6 million last year.

Following and maintaining its legacy and the support from 5G equipment manufacturers in China, Zong would be able to develop its 5G network earlier than others. We may witness commercial 5G services in Pakistan within the next year.
