12th Gen Alder Lake Intel Processors Coming In November

A new leak suggests that Intel’s Alder Lake processors will be launched in mid-November. The chips should be presented towards the end of next month. In addition to the dates, a list of the different models has also been leaked.

A report by the online magazine Wccftech shows that the future CPU generation will see the light of day on November 19th. On the same date, the Z690 mainboards based on the LGA1700 socket should also be available. The presentation is to take place at Intel’s innovation event on October 27th and 28th.

The manufacturer should provide all the details about the chips there. Intel had already announced that the Alder Lake processors have a hybrid architecture and consist of powerful performance and energy-saving efficiency cores. This structure is supported by Windows 11 so that the twelfth Intel Core generation is optimized for the Redmond operating system and should provide a performance boost here.

The new Z690 motherboards should support both K models and all other chips of the twelfth Intel generation. In addition, the platform brings support for DDR5, PCIe Gen 5.0 and beyond, extended functions for overclocking with it.

Just days ago, the leaker “momomo_us” had a list of all versions of the new Alder Lake CPUs released on Twitter via Videocardz. Accordingly, the twelfth Intel Core generation consists of three K, F and, KF models as well as four processors without additional letters. As has been known for a long time, the Core i9-12900K is the flagship with 16 cores. The four-core Core i3-12100 serves as an entry-level model.
