Xiaomi has already introduced its Mi MIX FOLD smartphone. The company is now promoting it in a new way; it will test its folding capacity repeatedly. To be precise, the company will test it 7 days in a row, folding it every 1.6 seconds. This would be over 600,000 folds.
The company will showcase this challenge on the “Lei Jun” WeChat video account. It is also said that the company has already successfully performed this challenge for 400,000. So, we can rest assured that this device is not going to device the buyer. In fact, with this tested-folding capacity, we can assume that this phone could have a folding life of 10 years or so.
