Blass spoke on his Social media profile from July 9, 2025 as an appointment for the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event in summer. Specifically, the event should take place at 10 a.m. on the US East coast. Launch event in New York?

Pale for the unpacked event of the world’s largest electronics manufacturer did not yet name a place, but speculation can be made due to the time. The naming of a time for the US East coast should suggest that Samsung selected New York City this year or another metropolis on the eastern edge of the United States as a launch location.

As far as the date is concerned, Samsung basically remains fully in the recent schedule, because the previous models of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 were only presented a day later. The availability of the new products should then be given a short time later. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 with its revised, flatter design and new displays should be the flagship of the unpacked event. In addition, the Galaxy Z Flip7 also joins a new external display that surrounds the cameras on the housing cover as with Motorola Razr 60 Ultra, as well as the significantly cheaper Galaxy Z Flip7 FE.

The latter model may make the entry into Samsung’s foldable product series more affordable, but also has an equipment that was thrown out of the kit of Samsung’s earlier devices. In addition, Samsung will also present the Galaxy Watch8 with 40 and 44mm large housings, which revived Galaxy Watch8 Classic and the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025), all of which should come in a “Squircle” design.
