Activision Blizzard Becomes Investigator, Judge, and Accused Itself And Found No Guilty

While Activision Blizzard’s board of directors found that there were “some justified cases of gender-specific harassment” at Activision Blizzard, Activision Blizzard’s own investigation found no systematic misconduct at Activision Blizzard.

Individual cases are recognized, but there have never been “systematic problems”. Rather, it sees itself as a victim of a campaign: “It must be said that the company is subject to a relentless barrage of media criticism seeking to tarnish the entire company (and many innocent employees) with the taint of a very small part of our employees, who behaved badly and were punished for it.” The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) is also under attack, the agency that first investigated Activision Blizzard. The ABK Workers Alliance, aka the union of employees of Activision Blizzard and King, reacted sharply on Twitter to this “hand washing” by management: “This response is thin and vague like all other ‘efforts’ to date.”
