The South Korean conglomerate Samsung is all set to debut its mid-range Galaxy A25 5G. Until now, we have come across several leaks and reports regarding the specs and features of the Galaxy A25 5G following the regulatory certifications. Besides this, the company has shared an official support page for the device with information about the launch date.

Galaxy A25 5G will launch in December

Reportedly, the smartphone has been listed by several Swiss online retailers. It will be available for sale between December 7 and December 19 in the country most expected. There is currently no information about the global release of the smartphone. The smartphone is powered by the company’s in-house Exynos 1280 chipset.

According to reports, the device will come in two different storage configurations, including 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. The storage is expandable up to 1TB via the microSD card. The smartphone features a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It even includes a 50MP main camera with support for OIS. The main camera is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro camera. a 13MP selfie camera can be found on the front. Some reports indicate that the Galaxy A25 5G will feature a 32MP selfie camera.

It even includes a 3.5mm headphone jack

Some other connectivity features of the smartphone include a 3.5mm headphone jack, an audio jack, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, and dual-SIM support with 5G connectivity. The smartphone includes a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. The Galaxy A25 5G is also IP67-certified for water and dust resistance. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner can also be found. It will ship with Android 14 and One UI 6.0 and is eligible for updates until Android 18.
