Apple Expands Apple Account Card Support to More Countries

Apple is expanding the availability of its Apple Account Card in the Wallet app to users in the UK, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, and Austria. According to Nicolás Alvarez, this feature is either already available or will be rolling out soon.

What Is the Apple Account Card?

Introduced in 2022, the Apple Account Card lets users manage and spend their Apple credit balance directly from the Wallet app. The card shows the balance tied to your Apple Account and can be used for purchases across various Apple services, including:

• Apple Store (both online and in-person)
• Apps and subscriptions
• Other Apple services

Adding Money to Your Apple Account Card

You can easily add money to your account using the “Add Money” feature within Wallet. This process requires a linked credit or debit card. Additionally, ‌Apple Store‌ gift cards can also be redeemed to increase your Apple Account balance.

How to Add the Apple Account Card to Wallet

To add the Apple Account Card to Wallet, follow these steps:

1. Open the Wallet app on your device.
2. Tap the “+” button.
3. Select the Apple Account Card from the Available Cards list.

Once added, the card will display your Apple Account balance and a record of transactions made with it.
