Apple MacBook Pro Butterfly Keyboard Absence Reverts Back To Old Keyboard

Apple has recently launched its new MacBook Pro with some upgrades including a better performing processor, a bigger screen with a 16-inch display and a new keyboard which was supposed to be better than the earlier design.

iFixit which reviews Apple’s hardware and its performance has recently published a report which claims that Apple’s decision to quit the butterfly keyboard was a good idea with a better solution but it seems Apple has designed a new keyboard which is based on traditional scissors foot solution.

iFixit claims that Apple’s new keyboard on the 16-inch MacBook Pro is the same keyboard as we have seen on 2015’s model scissor-foot and magic keyboard, however, Apple’s switching to previous stable keyboard is welcome, since Apple could not bring a new innovative keyboard switching back to traditional keyboard is better for user experience, the butterfly keyboard was poorly designed and had extremely poor reliability.

Apple keeps the starting price of 16-inch MacBook Pro to $2,399 and added new improved AMD graphics, a bigger battery and louder speakers.

According to CNET the major difference between the new keyboard and the previous keyboard is that it was not user-friendly, flat and users felt that the keys were not moving while depressed. Because of that many users complained about the keyboard typing experience. Despite reverting back to the older design, Apple has now improved the keyboard experience in the latest MacBook Pro 2019.
