Apple might update its all iPad series in 2024
According to the information shared by Mark Gurman, the Cupertino-based tech company might update its whole iPad series throughout next year. In simple words, it suggests that we might have fresh new models of the iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad mini, and entry-level iPad next year. In his newsletter, Mark Gurman mentioned that despite the holiday season, the company has no new iPads or AirPods.
Mark Gurman states that although updated iPads and AirPods aren’t yet ready, Apple could have attempted to release more new products quickly. In 2024, the company intends to refresh every iPad model. Next year, new entry-level AirPods will also be available, and in 2025, the Pro model will get an update.
It is the first time we will not have new iPads. It is the first time in the last thirteen years since the company debuted the device in 2010. From this perspective, we can anticipate updates for all models in 2024. The iPad Pro was last updated in October 2022. Similarly, the iPad and iPad Air were updated in October and March 2022, respectively. However, the iPad mini received the updates last time in September 2021.
Previously, Mark Gurman claimed that the iPads in the low and mid-range might receive updates by March 2024. According to him, there might be new 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models in the first half of 2024. They might come with M3 chips and OLED displays. However, the upcoming iPad Air and iPad Mini might debut with M2 and A16 Bionic chips.
