Apple has released a new version of Safari for macOS Catalina and macOS Mojave users, introducing two WebKit bug fixes that were fixed in macOS Big Sur yesterday. According to the Safari version support document which shows that this update also solves the problem of integer overflow and WebKit memory corruption for old macOS users.
Apple pointed out that there are reports that these problems may have been exploited, and it is recommended that users upgrade immediately. The users are informed by the company to update as soon as possible in order to avoid any damages that could be caused due to exploits.

Apple also stated that the new Safari 14.1 version contains the security content of the 14.1 update released on April 26, 2021. Its internal version number in macOS Catalina is 15611.1.21.161.7 and the internal version number in macOS Mojave is 14611.1.21.161.7.
