Apple Sends Legal Notice to Leaker Asking to Reveal the Source

Apple is very serious about its trade secrets. The company is again sending a notice to a leaker who, according to the company, has some insiders for knowing too much about the company trade secrets. The company has sent a notice to the leaker to share details within 14 days.

According to the notice sent by Apple:

YOU HAVE DISCLOSED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION A LARGE AMOUNT OF INFORMATION RELATED TO APPLE’S UNRELEASED AND RUMORED PRODUCTS, WHICH HAS CONSTITUTED A DELIBERATE INFRINGEMENT OF APPLE’S TRADE SECRETS. THROUGH INVESTIGATION, APPLE HAS OBTAINED RELEVANT EVIDENCE ABOUT YOUR UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF APPLE’S UNRELEASED AND RUMORED PRODUCT. YOUR INTENTIONAL INFRINGEMENT IS SPECIFICALLY MANIFESTED AS: PUBLISHING UNPUBLISHED INFORMATION ABOUT APPLE’S NEW PRODUCTS THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. IT INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE OF THESE NEW PRODUCTS.

The company hasn’t said a word about the action it would take if the leaker failed to conform to the company’s requirements. The company take this matter to the court.

This threatening note from Apple has already started a wave of fear for lawsuits and many tipsters have started to clear out the content.
