Apple Unleashes the 14 Inch and 16 Inch MacBook Pro

Apple had its Apple Event on October 18th, where the company released several devices, including a new pair of MacBook Pro – the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro will come for $1,999. This laptop might be able to integrate with either the new M1 Pro or M1 Max CPUs. On the other side, the 16-inch MacBook Pro is likely to come for $2,499 and might also be configured with the M1 Pro or M1 Max. The 16-inch MacBook Pro is also likely to feature the new Apple Silicon CPUs.

The two MacBook Pro are also featuring better-performing GPUs, battery life, and multiple connectivity options, “including a trio of Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI output, and an SD card reader in addition to a MagSafe 3 connector.”

The two models are currently available for pre-order on Apple’s official website and will start shipping from October 26th. Interestingly, when you land on the company’s website, you’ll see two variants for the 14-inch MacBook Pro and three variants for the 16-inch MacBook Pro.

The base model of the 14-inch MacBook Pro will feature a 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display, an 8-Core CPU, 14-Core GPU, Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, and 67W USB-C Power Adapter. The base-level 16-inch model will feature a 16-inch Liquid Retina XDR display, 10-Core CPU, 16-Core GPU, Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, and 140W USB-C Power Adapter.
