Apple Unveils official trailer for Formula 1 drama with Brad Pitt

After several teaser videos, Apple and Warner Bros. have now also released the first real trailer for F1. The film is about a racing driver who starts a spectacular second attempt many years later after an unfortunate career end.

F1: Big comeback on the screen

Brad Pitt plays the racing driver Sonny Hayes in F1, who was acted as a great hope in Formula 1 in the 1990s, but had to leave his big ambitions behind on the slopes after a tragic accident and has only occasionally took part in races on the basis of order. However, when his former colleague Ruben Cervantes (Javier Bardem) reports him about the extremely dangerous situation of his team 30 years later, Hayes decides to return to Formula 1 again.

However, he seems to find his biggest competitor in his own team, because the ambitious young talent Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) also wants to show everyone that he is the real number 1 on the racetrack. Joseph Kosinski, who also produced the film together with Brad Pitt, Jerry Bruckheimer, Lewis Hamilton, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner and Chad Oman together with Brad Pitt, was directed by Joseph Kosinski. Warner Bros. Pictures takes the film to German cinemas on June 26, 2025. Later he should expand Apple TV +’s streaming offer.
