Asus ROG Phone 3 Launches With 144Hz Display 6000mAh And Stadia Pro

With the ROG Phone 3, Asus has introduced the third generation of its smartphone family designed for gaming. The performance data set the bar high in terms of the high-end device: there is 144Hz 10-bit HDR display, 6000mAh battery, the latest Snapdragon, and Stadia Pro. All sounds much attractive to gamers.

You can hardly stuff more into a smartphone

With the ROG Phone 3, Asus puts on a smartphone that reaches the absolute top of what is currently possible in terms of hardware. With the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256 GB Storage, a solid basis is laid for a high-end device, but there are also other components that are rarely found in the competition and all aim for a good gaming experience.

As with the previous models, the new ROG Phone comes with an attachable, active cooling solution, called AeroActive Cooler 3. This should cool the smartphone down by up to four degrees, especially in the area of the processor and the 5G chip. A larger heat sink and other adjustments such as an improved “Vapor Chamber Design” should reliably prevent the Snapdragon 865 from throttling down due to overheating during long gameplay.

Super display 144Hz And Stadio Pro Pass

The display is definitely impressive. With 6.59 inches and a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels, the AMOLED panel achieves 144Hz refresh rate, 270Hz sampling rate, and a response time of 25ms. There is also a certification according to HDR10 and HDR10+ and a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. There is also certification for Low Blue Light and Flicker Reduced, both of which decide on eye-friendly use.

Last but not least, Asus wants to make the purchase of the gaming smartphone even tastier with a bonus. Customers receive 3 months of Stadia Pro Pass included with the device. The ROG Phone 3 can now be ordered via the product page possible at a price of 799 euros in various European countries, delivery should be no later than 04.08. respectively.
