Before its release, the OnePlus Open experienced a significant overhaul

OnePlus is working on introducing its first foldable to the market. Previously, several smartphone companies like Oppo, Google, Motorola, Samsung, Xiaomi, and Vivo introduced their foldable smartphones on the market. The OnePlus Open is set to debut in the coming weeks.

As per the information provided by SmartPrix, the foldable by OnePlus underwent a major modification before its debut. Although the launch of the smartphone is confirmed, you should still treat this information with caution. Before this modification, the OnePlus Open had a strong visual appeal. However, SmartPrix was able to demonstrate how the device is anticipated to appear when it makes its official debut thanks to their collaboration with OnLeaks.

Previously, the CAD leaks indicated that the smartphone might appear similar to the Oppo Find N2. After the modification, the device now appears to have its own unique design. Coming toward the camera setup, the circular camera module is now bigger and more spacious. It is now more protruding. That won’t help the phone’s thinness, but it will improve the camera because a periscopic zoom lens is something we anticipate seeing.

In addition, the Hasselblad logo could be swapped for just an “H.” In contrast to the previous information, the phone’s frame now appears flatter. The flatter frame suggests that the phone itself will be a tad thicker. The corners that are farthest from the hinge are substantially more rounded.

The overall shape of the smartphone now appears shorter. The new information suggests that the smartphone appears similar to the Pixel Fold. In addition to this, the internal design has observed another significant change. In accordance with the previously available information, the smartphone featured internal cameras on the left side just like the previous offerings from the company. However, the new information indicates that it will now be placed on the right side of the display.
