According to some recent pieces of information, the number of gaming titles on Netflix is expected to increase further in the coming days.
By the end of this year, there will be 86 games on the video streaming platform, the company announced. In addition to this, the company claims that 90 more games are under development. It means that the platform will soon offer 176 games. Well, these are going to be quite a lot of options for users. The company has shared the names of a few games that will be coming to the platform shortly. Reportedly, the titles will come as part of the Netflix membership. They will be offered “without ads, in-app purchases, or extra fees.”
According to the company, Chicken Run: Eggstraction, The Dragon Prince: Xadia, Dumb Ways to Survive, Paper Trail, The Rise Of The Golden Idol, A Rebel Moon, Hades, Harmonium: The Musical, Katana Zero, Money Heist: Ultimate Choice (Jan 4), Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit – Coming 2024, FashionVerse – Coming 2024, Game Dev Tycoon – Coming 2024, Braid, Anniversary Edition (April 30), Monument Valley 1 & 2, and Netflix Stories: Virgin River will be added to the platform with time.
In November, the company claimed that the iOS and Android versions of the app will soon add Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy—The Definitive Edition from Rockstar Games. The company debuted games on TVs and the web in Canada and the UK in August of this year. Netflix launched games on TVs and the web in the US about a month later.
