According to the certification documentation by TENAA, the octa-core processor of Galaxy S23 Ultra has three CPU clusters. One of the CPUs is clocked at 3.36 GHz. Whereas the others are clocked at 2.8GHz and 2GHz, respectively. It appears like the robust Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (AC version) has a higher clock speed compared to the vanilla Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (AB version).

In addition to this, as per the certification documents the device has 12MP telephoto cameras. It is due to the fact that Samsung upscales images from its 10MP sensors to 12MP resolution for uniformity.
