According to details, the A18 Bionic chipset is based on TSMC’s 3nm process. It might be used in the iPhone 16 series since it is a flagship-grade processor similar to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and MediaTek Dimensity 9400. According to the tipster, Smart Pikachu, all three processors will arrive around the same time in 2024. Dual versions, i.e., WiFi6E and WiFi 7 will be offered with the A18 Bionic chip.
In addition to this, the chipset can power a dual 48MP camera. Well, this information coincides with the rumors that the upcoming iPhone 16 will feature a telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. Furthermore, the Pro model of the series will feature a new Camera button. Overall, the iPhone 16 series will feature a lot of upgrades and improvements.
