Donate Blood with Uber at SKMCH
Uber the ride-hailing service is not behind when it comes to bringing something for the service of humanity. Uber has started an initiative of taking the riders to the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital for donating blood.
Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) is a cancer centre in Lahore, Pakistan. As per the records of 2016, the cancer centre recorded ten thousand two hundred and three new patient registrations and two lacs thirty-six thousand three hundred and fifty-one outpatient visits.
Uber Team along with the riders would be donating blood to the patients at SKMCH.

Uber claims that not just the donation, but it would also be making the donation much easier.
Term and Conditions for Participation:
- If you want to donate blood, then one can visit SKMCH on Saturday that is today the 16th of December between 9 am to 5 pm. (The offer had been up since yesterday, that is the 15th of December 2017—today is the second day)
- For participation promo code UERSKMCHBD needs to be used, for availing two free rides on uberGO, to and back from the hospital in Lahore, a maximum discount of rupees three hundred each.
- If you want to avail this promo code then do not forget to insert Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital as your destination or pick up point in the application.
- In the Payments’ section in Uber, app one needs to enter the promo code UBERSKMCHBD.
Blood is something precious and could prove a life-saving gift in this scenario for many patients. The choice of donating blood is solely yours, but it could save one or several lives.
