What’s new for the Galaxy S25 Ultra?

Evleaks shared marketing materials for the Galaxy S25 Ultra and its smaller siblings, highlighting familiar features such as Now Bar, Daily Briefing, and Night Video with Audio Eraser. These features will be available across the entire S25 lineup, not just the Ultra.

However, the Ultra will exclusively include ProScaler, a feature designed to make images “lifelike” and “clearer than ever.” While not explicitly stated, ProScaler appears to be an AI-powered upscaling tool to enhance photo sharpness and detail.

No upgrades for the selfie camera

The Galaxy S25 lineup reportedly won’t see any changes to its selfie camera, which sticks with the same 12MP sensor as its predecessor. That said, Samsung is expected to make processing improvements to help users capture selfies with more natural skin tones and textures.

Galaxy AI: Free access only through 2025

When Galaxy AI debuted with the Galaxy S24 series in 2024, Samsung offered the feature free for two years. However, with the Galaxy S25, Samsung will limit free Galaxy AI access to the end of 2025 — the same as existing Samsung devices.
