Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s two months ago. A few days ago, the Galaxy A05s was also introduced in India. The South Korean company has now revealed the Galaxy A05’s price and launched the phone for the Indian market.
In India, the version of the Galaxy A05 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage costs INR 9,999, or around $120. The tablet with 128GB of storage and 6GB of RAM is priced at INR 12,499, or around $150. Three colors are available for the device: silver, light green, and black. Although it is only accessible through Croma now, soon it should be available through all authorized retailers.
Samsung has equipped the Galaxy A05 with the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, 4GB/6GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB internal storage. It has a microSD card slot, too. The device runs the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 Core operating system and will get at least two major Android OS updates in the future. It has a 6.5-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution.
On the rear, the Galaxy A05 has a 50MP primary camera with an F1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. It has a dual-SIM card slot, 4G LTE, GPS, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.3, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
