Galaxy A24 LTE could feature MediaTek Helio G99 SoC

In an online benchmark, the upcoming Galaxy A24 LTE was spotted. From that benchmark document, we have gained some information regarding the RAM, OS, and some other details about the SoC. From the information, it appears that the Galaxy A24 LTE could feature a MediaTek chipset.

As per the recent results of Geekbench, Galaxy A24 LTE has an ARMv8 CPU. It is provided with eight cores. Out of these eight cores, six are clocked at 2.0 GHz. While the remaining two are clocked at a frequency of 2.20 GHz. Apart from this information, nothing has been revealed by the benchmark. So we didn’t get any information from the benchmark that pinpoints the SoC that Galaxy A24 LTE could have. However, the code for the webpage indicates that the smartphone could feature a Mali-G57 MC2 graphics chip.

Based on this data, we can say that the Galaxy A24 is not fueled by Exynos 7904 SoC. Previously, some rumors suggested that Galaxy A24 could feature Exynos 7904 SoC. However, the most recent information indicates that the Galaxy A24 LTE will be based on the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset.

Feature specifications of Galaxy A24

According to the information from Geekbench, the device will be based on Android 13 and probably the One UI 5.0. it will reportedly feature 4GB of RAM. As per the information from another report, the smartphone will have a 5,000mAh battery along with 25W fast charging. It will feature a 13MP selfie camera. on the rear, the smartphone accompanies a 50MP primary camera alongside a 5MP ultra-wide shooter and possibly a 2MP macro sensor. These feature specifications indicate that the model won’t be relegated from the previous generation of the series.

In addition to this, the Galaxy A24 was spotted by the regulatory agency of India. It suggests that we can soon expect a market release for the smartphone. Well, only time will tell whether Galaxy A24 appears before Galaxy S23 in the market or after that.
