Galaxy Z Fold 3 Dual Battery is Now Certified by Safety Korea and BIS

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is coming with dual batteries which is not certified by Safety Korea and BIS (India).

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 - Dual Batteries

We have been hearing a lot about the new Galaxy Z Fold 3. Recently we informed our audience that this device is not likely to upgrade the rear camera but the front one. And we are OK with it since we would be getting a lot of new stuff, like dual batteries. Yes, you heard me right; two batteries.

Previously, this Samsung foldable smartphone appeared on China’s 3C listing, where its batteries got a clearance certificate. The two battery packs carried the part numbers EB-BF926ABY and EB-BF927ABY. And now, these batteries have appeared on the Safety Korea portal and India’s BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification site. This confirms that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will have a smaller battery capacity than the Galaxy Z Fold 2.

However, knowing that the two batteries would come with lesser capacity than its predecessor could be a sign of concern. The two batteries would have a capacity of 2,060mAh and 2,215mAh, translating to a combined capacity of 4,275mAh. The good side is when the batteries are lighter, the device would be thinner.

We also heard that this Galaxy foldable phone would come earlier than when it was predicted before. We even heard that this smartphone could come as soon as in July.

Thanks to the new listing who shared a little more about the device, there’s definitely more to know. We would request you to keep coming back or subscribe to our news so that you don’t miss any related news. #staysafe #stayblessed
